Just a quick follow-up to my last post (so much for not posting again until after the move!):
We have just received word that this precious little girl will not be coming to us tomorrow. It may be next week, or maybe later, or maybe not at all. All I can say is, please pray for her. Her situation is heartbreaking, and I just want to hold her and love her. It is so hard to keep having this postponed.

I'm praying for her, and for you as you move, and for God's perfect timing!
My friend and her husband got their first infant in January and had her for a very short time before she went back to her mother. They now have their second baby. I have the greatest respect for them for dealing with everything that comes with having a foster child (i.e. the tiniest details of how their house can be, what kind of childcare they can use, never knowing how long the baby will be with them, etc.). I know that whoever God places in your life and whenever that happens, you will be honoring to Him and you will be amazing parents to him or her.
